Aldi is a food shop (I won't call it a supermarket) which offers (very) cheap food. Unfortunately, the money you save by shopping here is pointless, because the food is so cheap and tasteless you end up throwing most of it away because you can't bear to eat it. The staff are very efficient on the checkout, they ring everything through very quickly so you generally don't queue much, and there are plenty of parking spaces out front. The store is very minimalist, no fancy decor a la asda or tesco, just bare shelving and boxes strewn everywhere. teh only good thing I can say is that they occassionally sell electrical goods, such as Tv's and Hi-fi's, at low prices. Other than that, I would recommend you shop elsewhere.

Sorry for the UH, but I think you are wrong in what you say. By all accounts Aldi food is more carefully selected than that of other Supermarkets, and often the same suppliers supply the likes of Asda and Tesco as well as Aldi. Cheers.
