As soon as you go on, there's that stale smell lingering in the air, and you're suddenly greeted with piles and piles of cheap baked beans and sweetcorn cans stacked high.
Have the top nosh at Aldi's ever considered actually putting up a few shelves in their stores. I mean, that is just one of the bare essentials that you expect from a supermarket.
The first thing you recognise is how the baked beans and sweetcorn cost about 5p a can, and how everything else in the store is so cheap. Everyone I come across has commented on this, but nobody actually seems to relise that these aren't top brands they are selling, but only their very own, cheap cast-offs.
Two words to describe this place, - DON'T BOTHER. And the same goes for Aldi's little sister Lidl.
Don't be fooled - it's not as if they're selling top brands, so if you want to swap gorgeous Heinz beans for Aldi's own mouldy brand then go for it!

I think you might have missed the point a wee bit Liam - if you shop at Lidl, or Aldi, Or Kwiksave, it's becasuse you avctually want to save money by buying the cheap "No Frills" style products. As for lack of shelves and stuff, it's one of the ways these places keep their costs down - I used to work in a Kwiksave, I should know! Still, I'll give you a helpful, as you got your own point across quite well. Cheers, Ricky.
