Superb as monitors with excellent sound quality, but just as good as powered speakers for small parties etc. I have had these for about a year now and have no complaints whatsoever. The build quality is second to none - one of them fell from a height of ~4 ft and other than a couple of scuffs there has ... ...are *very* loud and can cope with pretty harsh bass for such a small driver. I usually listen to banging hard dance music which is pretty intense with the low frequencies, but these babies handle everything I throw at them.
If you can afford them - buy them! You won't be disappointed. As good (if not better) than monitors worth £500+ ... more

Also, they are *very* loud and can cope with pretty harsh bass for such a small driver. I usually listen to banging hard dance music which is pretty intense with the low frequencies, but these babies handle everything I throw at them.
