Advantages: great gaming accessory Disadvantages: only just released on own
The nintendo Wii zapper comes with the Links training and you can get it in the region of £20. This zapper makes it so much easier to actually shoot at the target using the wii remote and the wii nun chuck.
Unfortunately it took a while longer but they finally released the zapper to purchase it on its own so it enables you to use the 2 player option in the Wii Links training.
This is a great game and it is definatley value for money as you get the zapper with it, it is not the best game i have played on the wii, but it is by no way the worst game either. Its simple to use and has a variety of different levels that you can choose from and as you advance through the game you can then open new levels to play.
The wii zapper brings a whole new level to the gaming and i woud recommend that you buy it, even of you do not have ...
Advantages: Solid build, Easy to use, Makes shooting games a bit more fun, Good Value Disadvantages: Soon gets uncomfortable to use, Wiimote face buttons hard to access in gameplay, Looks a bit silly
If you are old enough to have grown up when the NES was the games console of choice, then you might just remember a piece of orange and grey plastic known as the zapper. It was designed to look like a science fiction style "ray gun" and it was brilliant, just like having an arcade game in your own living room. While I was never lucky enough to own one (although I did have a temperamental light gun for my Spectrum around the same time) I do remember playing on a friend's NES zapper and it was great fun. Perhaps this is why I felt a glimmer of excitement when Nintendo announced the successor to this ...
Advantages: It electrocutes the headlice Disadvantages: Doesnt kill the nits
Nits V head lice.......The science
A head louse is a parasite that lives in the hair and scalp and cause irritation. Head lice like clean hair not dirty. A nit is the egg that a head louse lays in your hair.
Head lice can lay approx 150-200 eggs (nits) in the lice?s 40 day life cycle (who was the very very sad person who counted?)
The nits hatch after 9 days and start the cycle all over again.
How does the Rio Bug Zapper work?
The zapper electrocutes the lice (I could wish for a better death but electrocution finishes them off). It doesn?t kill the nits. By killing the lice it breaks the life cycle by preventing reproduction and therefore creating more and more lice.
How to use the Zapper
It is basically a very fine toothed comb that you use through the hair. You use it on DRY hair. Ensure that the head to be combed ...

The Alesis Vocal Zapper is the basically the DSP chip from the PlayMate Vocalist is a small box. Use it to reduce the vocals from virtually any any stereo source. 16 vocal settings for optimal removal and stereo 6.3mm jack inputs and outputs - ideal for connecting to your mixers effects loop. The performance of this product will depend on the type of music that you are trying to remove the vocals from - it can't be guaranteed to remove all vocals from all types of music, but can usually deliver a significant vocal level reduction on your tracks.
