Review of Alessi Nespresso Coban by
ciaoclaudio
Advantages: Fast ,quite, steam galore, heavy duty construction, attractive design
Disadvantages: Just wishes, glass bottle instead of plastic, able to use both types of pods
...Just got my alessi Coban , placed on my kitchen countertop and.....happiness
within minutes was drinking a wonderfull cappuccino.
Machine is very quite solid built and fantastic steam
anyone one can be make a perfect coffe or cappuccino every time, you can compete with any commercial machine for taste or speed, just remembert to use 3.25% milk or simply warm the espresso cup with steam to make espresso.
The steam nozzle cleans easy after use, ther is no coffe mess to clean as the coffe pods do not break ;
there are 2 types of pods, i got the paper type, i am not sure if alessi makes an adapter for the plastic pods which i think may be a little creamier.
When i first saw the photo of this machine
i was hoping that alessi would be the first to make a glass water container, ....not this time, they did use the best platic...

THE DREAM MACHINE
Review of Alessi Nespresso Coban by
L0BSTER_QUADRILLE
Advantages: Amazing coffee; that you can make yourself, with ease.
Disadvantages: None.

Review of Morphy Richards 43690 by

A really attractive kettle but designed primarily for the hob top. There is an electrical version but the base extends the conical design to such an extent that it loses its clean design and becomes a little bulky. The price of £120 didn't help either.
Looking around the electrical shops we found this Morphy Richards model. Similar in design to the Alessi, if lacking a little of the style, it was the closest we had found to what we had in mind. A price of under £40 in Debenhams was the clincher.
With a capacity of 1.5 litres this is a standard sized domestic kettle and is therefore big enough under most circumstances. It can be filled by removing the lid but it is recommended that you top up via...
