Alfa 147

147 Turismo Is Awesome

Advantages: 2nd Hand Price if you buy 2nd hand, Looks & Handling

I just bought an alfa 147 turismo. I am only 19 & i love it. It looks & sounds great & is very up market for a 19 year old. I only paid £3000 for a 51 plate with 45000 miles on with cambelt done. Its in great nick. It runs sweet & have quite good economy for a 1600cc. It is a great little car with plenty of room in the back. Makes a lovely noise & is very comfy. Handles well & those looks. By jove, I think they've done it!

Advantages: Great Handling, Lovely Noise!
Disadvantages: The fear that Alfa built it...

...it hasn't! Maybe, just maybe, Alfa have done it properly this time. It looks lovely from the front (OK the back is not quite there), it's surprisingly nippy, the interior is very comfortable and far exceeds the quality of anything else in its peer group, and the engine just sounds like it means business. And I know it's a cliche to say it's corners like it's on rails, but... Given how much more expensive but dull the comparable VW Golf and Audi ...

Disadvantages: NO ONE!!!

...can also choose fuel engines, they cost less but you spend more in Fuel. The diesel engine consumes a very small quantity of diesel, and if you respect speed limits, you can also do 17km with a liter. If you are planning to change car, buy an Alfa Romeo!: ) ...

Advantages: design, quality, timelessness, engine, handling
Disadvantages: second hand value

Alfa 147 looks good inside as much as it looks good outside. The material quality and feel is high. The hidden door knob gives the coupe impression and is a nice little detail that now Seat Leon uses. I think Alfa 147 will be one of the cAlfa's icon models in the future.
