Advantages Looks, performance, comfort
Disadvantages It has a tendency to develop squeaks and rattles between services

I've had my Alfa 156 JTS Sportwagon since new (well - pre-registered new). That is just about 8 years so far, and over 160,000 miles. I had generally good experiences with dealers whilst under warranty, and have since always stayed with a specialist Alfa Romeo Industrial Estate type garage. I thought I was being quite brave when I bought it, but was pretty smitten by the looks, performance and really the combination of space, compactness and practicality - which was just the combination that I was looking for. It has turned out brilliantly, which I guess is why I still haven't traded it in ... more
