    Advantages Advantages Friendly and good quality curries

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not the cheapest, can inevitably get loud on Fridays and Saturdays

    This review is for the Indian restaurant, the "Ali Tandoori", which is on Magdalen Street in Norwich. I've been visiting this Indian for a few years, and I personally think it's one of the best in the city. The food and service have always been of a good standard, and the prices charged are reasonable. There are also some interesting pubs nearby, the King's Head offers a superb choice of real ales and ciders, Wetherspoon's Glass House is cheap and the Ribs of Beef offers a river view from its terrace.     Advantages Advantages Great food, great service, great for groups

    Up until recently the Ali Tandori was the best Curry house in the city. Located down Magdalen Street it is in the ideal location for if you fancy a few quiet (and very cheap - well it is a Wetherspoons) drinks and then on for a late curry. The Ali is the ideal place for loud, abnoxious groups that are out to try and destroy their guts by eating a ridiculously hot curry to earn respect from their mates.
