how many times have YOU had to ring customer services? once? twice? more? did you have to pay premium line rates? if you're a mobile phone user the answer is definitely yes! i and a friend of mine had the dubious pleasure of having to ring singlepoint many many times in my case it was for phones4life time and time again to no avail no "brand new phone of my choice" so i dropped them and went to 02 ha! (god i sound like mrs krobapple in the simpsons) they charge 50p a minute thats if you ever manage to get through. i rang about my phone being brred for certain calls/settings/not being able to check my bill on their web site and was told it would be alright now sir ITS NOT!!!! some customer services charge £1 a minute to tell you a load of crap that you already know ie bush internet. do you live in the north west or is your water supplied by united utilities (them of the undrinkable water and REALLY bad smells)? if the answer is yes do you know tha they want to increase charges by 12% ABOVE inflation? a rise in the region of £200 a year TWO HUNDRED POUNDS a year i am sick to death of being ripped off in this country. in july i paid through the nose to stand sweating on a train to gloucestershire ther AND back. its time we started standing up for ourselves and stopped paying through the nose for everything. by the way my friend is still waiting to get her phone sorted.
