Advantages They make me feel cleaner and healthier

Detox patches for your feet I am a bit of a hippy when it comes to herbal medicine and believe that plants and herbs can be more powerful and effective when it comes to healing the human body than traditional western medicine. I smoke, I drink alcohol and I have late nights so not really the lifestyle of someone who likes to take care of themselves. On the plus side I do try and eat healthy and get some exercise in. I also like to try and detox my body and purge as many of the rubbish out of it as I can. The best way to detox is through diet but this is complicated and gets in the way of my ... more
