I was a bit dubious about these guys because their prices were so low but was very pleased with them. I ordered a camera at lunchtime and received it the next day at 10am. The price was £239, compared with £279 on Amazon and £329 at John Lewis. The only disadvantage is that the box was a bit dented and had clearly been opened already. I suspect someone had had a look at the camera somewhere and decided not to buy it. Even so, the camera itself was in mint condition and works perfectly. All in all a good retailer offering outstanding prices and fast service, so I would recommend them

I chose AllCam to supply my Canon Ixus 850is to the IOM. I ordered over the telephone because of possible delivery difficulty to the Island. Need not have worried, Post Office overnight delivery works to the IOM from England at same price and still overnight. Ordered late on Tuesday (so missed despatch deadline) and received 11.00am Friday (would have received on Thursday but AllCam had a backlog of dispatches following the Bank Holiday weekend) ...
...step of the way during processing the transaction. Called AllCam once and was able to get through in only a few rings and straight to a human as well. Easy to deal with outfit who did what they said they would. I had no problems at all. Would certainly short list them if buying something else. ps. I bought a psp stamina battery from them and it was either faulty or fake (only lasted 1-2 hours). I then emailed them to return it and they did not respond. I then had to get Google involved to get a response, which they then did. I sent back the battery and they only refunded me the cost of the battery, so I was out of pocket for their p&p costs of £2.98 and my costs to send the battery back by recorded delivery. Do not bother with them.
