They promised that my sponsor and I would share £50 as an incentive! It took many queries and reminders to get them to make promises to pay which they broke and only after three months of continuous niggling did they pay up somewhat reluctantly.
The website is slow and unreliable and often will not allow transactions.
The customer service is the worst I have encountered. Responses are slow and usually standard blocks to cover all eventualities.
They treat existing customers as second class and concentrate all their efforts into hooking new customers with bonus interest rates.
They ensure that fees (fines?) for the most minor transgression of the T&C's are applied without mercy and without warning.
