    I switched to A&L as there was an offer on a cashback site of £150 to change to their current ac. Because of this offer (and only this reason) I decided to do the switch as I was quite happy with my current internet bank. But £150 is quite a lot of money and thought it was worth the effort. They also had an offer on where the interest rate was over 6% so decided it was definitely worthwhile. Opening the account was easy and I let A&L chase all of my direct debit companies to change accounts.
