I have been using this for quite a while now and believe it to be good stuff because of the aloe vera's detoxing properties. If you're after a gentle cleansing of your insides then it's perfect. I had previously tried the Aloe Vera Colax, coloncleansing tablets which certainly worked but you had to visit the toilet a lot! You only need to add about 25ml with one or your daily eight glasses of water. It tastes nice too!
