It comes as a very watery green solution wish you should apply all over your hair and massage in to your scalp daily. I decided to massage it in to my receding area once a day before bedtime for approximately 5 minutes whilst reading a book. My opinion -the product is really cheap at £3.95 for 150ml from my local chemist.
