Advantages: Got the result I wanted Disadvantages: Smells of alcohol
...to encourage the healthy growth of scalp tissue and to revitalise lifeless hair. It comes as a very watery green solution wish you should apply all over your hair and massage in to your scalp daily. I decided to massage it in to my receding area once a day before bedtime for approximately 5 minutes whilst reading a book.
My opinion
-the product is really cheap at £3.95 for 150ml from my local chemist. This is still half full after 2 months of use on the area about the size of an egg.

A natural solution Review ofBiolage Shampoo for Fine and Thinning Hairby
mrswombat
Advantages: Effective but gentle Disadvantages: Only sold in Matrix salons

Biolage was launched by Matrix a few years ago, arguably as a response to the huge success of Aveda. Now its one of their top sellers and this particular range has proved a hit in salons on both sides of the Atlantic. This is a very gentle shampoo, aimed both at people who have naturally thin hair and both men and women who may be suffering hair loss. It relies on an impressive recipe of natural vitamins, minerals and extracts to help stimulate and tone the scalp, rather than petrochemical nasties to give an effect of fullness. The results are not, therefore, instantly dramatic. But use this a few times and I would be surprised if both your hair and scalp did not feel very definitely better...
