...and last and last. I have had my tin for about 2 months and it's hardly dented the balm, so I can see this lasting about a year, maybe more.
You can apply on to bare cleansed skin or under your foundation. It really does help the appearance of your skin.
The instructions do say to pat it over your foundation but I feel that it is better if you put it on before your foundation as it makes your foundation go on better.
If you wear it without any make up, it does improve the look of your skin, improving the tone.
In my experince It doesn't moisturise or dry your skin, neither does it have any long lasting effects on your skin as, as soon as you wash it off it's gone!

Hold Back Time Review ofBoots Time Delay Massaging CleansingBalmby

...A couple of years ago Boots introduced a new skincare range called Time Delay.
I purchased the Time Delay Massaging CleansingBalm after reading a review in a paper that rated it as similar to the very expensive Eve Lom cleanser. I had never tried the Eve Lom cleanser as it was way beyond my price range, but as the Time Delay cleanser was listed as costing only £8.50 for 150 ml I decided to seek it out.
I rushed down to my local Boots store and found the Time Delay stand offering extra Boots points on every purchase. Not needing anymore encouragement I grabbed a pot of the Massaging CleansingBalm and made for the till.
The CleansingBalm comes packaged in a very stylish silver box, inside the box is a large silver tub and two very small muslin cloths. On opening the tub I discovered a substance similar in appearance to vaseline...
