It is fragrance free but the overall smell is very ok.
I got the product because when I was on one of my visits at beauty salon it was recommended to me. And I am really grateful for the advice because although it is a bit expensive it made my skin looking far more better with this even tone...

Advantages: Contains proven acne fighting ingredients, contains no occlusive mineral oils or lanolin Disadvantages: pricey
...I am a big fan of dermaloica products as they are largley comprised of natural ingredients and do not contain any occlusive mineral oils or lanolin which can block skin cells. The anti-bac cleanser is one of my favourite products for keeping acne under control. I have been using dermalogica products for 6 months and have almost blemish free skin now; the anti-bac cleanser being the prominent element of my skin-care routine!
It is different from regular cleansers, as apart from containing a variety of natural herbs (such as Blam mint, Coneflower and Camphor), it contains triclosan, which keeps bacteria at bay, and salicylic acid which dissolves dead skin cells.
The smell is quite herbal and pleasant, and after use the skin feels thoroughly clean, but not tight or stripped of moisture at all; in fact I would say my skin...

.... This is not very fancy, it has a plain white plastic lid and a pink plastic rim around the neck of the jar. When you remove the screw lid there is silver foil over the top of the jar.
My skin is not particularly sensitive, I have a combination of dry and slightly greasy skin. I find this moisturiser very easy to apply. A small amount on the fingertips is all that is needed as it is light, spreads well, is not greasy, is very smooth and is not lumpy like some creams can be. It is fragrance free, but there is a very slight smell to it that reminds me of baby lotion. It does leave my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. My skin does dry up quite a lot after I have used cleanser, but I do not have to apply the cream more than once during the day.
