Ever since I can remember I have loved watching athletics, especially at the major championships like the Olympic Games. There have been many strong British athletes to follow over the years and one of my favourites is Kelly Holmes who's greatest achievements came at the 2004 Athens Olympics when she won two gold medals in the 800 and 1500 metres. Black, White and Gold is her autobiography.
I always prefer reading autobiographies as oppose to biographies (even if they are written with someone else) because I like reading about first hand experiences. Kelly has written this book with the help of someone called Fanny Blake and it makes a very interesting read starting with her early life, following through her days in the army and moving on to her athletics career and beyond. On purchasing an xbox 360 console you are given a free months xbox live gold membership which can be used once for each xbox live account that is created. However this of course only lasts for a month and after that initial month I was hooked and since then have bought and year's membership and love to play online with my friends over xbox live all the time!
What is Gold Membership?:
When you create an xbox live account on your xbox 360 there are several different things you have to do. You at first have to input your email address and password in order to verify the account. You then get to choose a gamertag to have - this is your special unique gaming name that you will be recognised as while playing on xbox live - mine is magicman142.

I never thought I would say this about a White Knight as when I've seen them they look cheap and low rent, and look like they wont last for 5 minutes . But wow, appearences can be deceptive.We bought ours a 3 years ago and have not had any problems since.

A clarifying and brightening lotion specifically designed to target areas of hyper-pigmentation. Uses a combination of White Mulberry, Hibiscus Flower Extract, Cucumber and Grape Seed to restore vitality to the complexion, whilst Glycolic Acid, gentle flower acids and Liquorice Root Extract break down dark spots associated with ageing and sun damage, to leave your skin clearer, brighter and more radiant than ever. The Results: Effective but gentle skin-brightening effect. Ideal after heavy sun exposure to even out skin pigmentation and lighten darker patches. Can be used during pregnancy to treat melasma. Must be combined with daily SPF protection for effective results choose either Ultra Protector SPF 30+ or Protectint.
