Alpha has not been working - functioning at all. it is all too fishy.

no one there to answer your calls. i have paid for the call but cannot make a single call.... is this a SCAM?

have i lost £10 for nothing?

have sent them various email..... some boun ced back..... some have never been acknowledged.

it doesn't sound good.

we should all report it, make a complian to the right custumer care association and so on.

i want an answer and my money back, i want alpha to get back to me and refund my money.

worse possible service..... better still NO SERVICE at all

THE SYSTEM IS ONLY GOOD TO TAKE PAYMENT. ca someone help, do someting to us all to get this terrible company?
