...As a keen purchaser of Alpine products in the past it is fair to say they have a repretation in the industry. And when it comes to in car audio it is hardvto beat them. This product provides clarity that you would expect as well as a few extras which rivilys would find hard to beat. Its not cheap but then what is and would you buy it if it was no. It the quality you expect from a brand that provides knowledge and well made products as expected. This amp kicks asre and will be seen in many a tesco park park in the future with out a doubt.

Advantages: Very clear highs and full midrange response Disadvantages: Weak base
...to place them. Two more cables running to an amplifier (AlpineMRV-F345) in the boot and it was sorted.
A card was included to help you set up the crossover to achieve the optimum sound from the speakers. This gave simple instructions on measurements to take, and then showed the corresponding jumper settings on the crossover.
Once connected to the amplifier it was time to turn them on and i wasnt dissapointed. They obviously don't kick out lots of bass as they're only 13cm woofers but the quality was fantastic. All vocals were clear and full, and the midrange respones of the speakers were equally good. There was no distortion at higher volumes (within reason of course) and good cope with a wide range of music.
All in all i was very pleased with these speakers, although expensive (rrp £250, i got them for £150) i feel they were worth every penny...
