Advantages: Sporty, fun, good looks and huge boot Disadvantages: Back seats designed for dwarves, thirsty
...My Mazda MX3 was my first sporty car. I'd had a Renault Clio before, and this was a whole step forward. It was a car that stood out in the car park, was so much fun to drive, and yet the boot was big enough that it swallowed a big rabbit hutch, paving slabs, bags of compost, five people's luggage - pretty much anything!
You wouldn't want to travel long distances in the back seats. You can get three six-foot blokes in the back (honest, we did!) The bucket seats give surprising amounts of headroom - but your passengers had better be good friends, and not mind not being able to see much outside the car.

Once you get used to only having two seats it just becomes the norm, and sometimes works to your advantage cause your less likely to have to provide taxi service to friends or family. Which has to be a bonus :)
The boot space is bigger than I expected for a car of its type but its not massive. This hasn't been a problem for me but if i'd been...
