You can also buy 3 packs of small lunchbox sized cartons (250ml) in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla flavours all with added calcium. They also ... ...shop and I noticed the Alpro 'cream' so I bought a couple of cartons to make a beef stroganoff. I have yet to try it but if it works then I will put the recipies in the Ciao cafe section, along with my dairy free white sauce, hopefully it will save someone else a few of the bland meals I cooked when I first went non-dairy! I will also update this review to let you know if it actually tastes like cream.

There is a white box with a heart shape to denote that the Heart association approves this. This does tend to be stocked by all Major Supermarkets although the price varies enormously, my local Co-Op sells this for £1.49 for a 1 litre tetrapak container, Sainsbury's are very competitive at £1.29 a litre and Tesco's come in at a mere £0.87 per litre.

I was first introduced to Alpro Soya milk afew months ago and have not looked back since. I have it every day. I enjoy the taste, I have it in my coffee, cereal and sometimes cook with it. I first chose it because of the health benefits, it is a bonus that I enjoy the taste. It is a `tasty blend of water and soya beans, with calcium and vitamins.
Alpro soya milk is available in a carton. It is blue and white and contains one litre. The best before ... ...type though.

...exactly what you get in Alpro Soya.
Alpro Soya is pretty much unique in the fact that it is fresh non-dairy milk. This does mean that it won’t last as long as other soya milks, but to get rid of that UHT taste, it’s worth it.
Alpro Soya comes in a 1 litre carton with a blue lid. The words Provamel from Alpro Soya are at the top and there is a picture of milk being poured into a glass. On the right hand side it displays the info Low ... ...is some advertising for more Alpro products. The ingredients and nutritional information is on one side and some other information is on the other side.
Alpro Soya is made from water, soya beans, sugar, tri-calcium phosphate, sea-salt and added vitamins E, riboflavin, D and B12. 100ml of this contains 48kcal, no cholesterol, no lactose and plenty of calcium. It can be introduced as part of a balanced diet as young as 6 months and as a main milk ...
