If you make sure and take this product exactly how it says you will get results from it. Don't get me wrong it was hard for me to remember to take the tablets as im not very good at that sort of thing as im quite a fast paced person rushing around and tend to forget to do simple things like taking tablets. ...purchased myself a tube of Holland & Barrett Aloe Vera Gel upon the recommendation of a work colleague who was suffering from eczema. I was just suffering from patches of dry skin, but thought it worth a go, as I didn't want to irritate it with my usual perfumed body creams.
It can be purchased for a little over £5 for 200ml (current offer is 2 bottles for £7.48, but there are often offers on on this product) It is marketed as a Bio Active Skin ... ...the gel can 'soothe, moisturise soften dry skin, and can be applied to stretch marks, dry or chapped skin and skin irritations'. So, a pretty versatile treatment then!
The gel itself is clear and relatively odourless. It also feels cool to the touch - it's great on burns and sunburn! It's easily to apply and absorbs quickly, with no greasy or tacky feel.
I found that it worked wonders on my dry skin - applying daily to the troubled spot got rid ...
