I recently ordered a pen drive from Amazon.co.uk. It never arrived although they said they had dispatched it. I then got an e mail saying I had returned the item and deducting £5.50 for "charges" which as you can imagine threw me a bit because I had received it never mind returned it. I suspect this is some kind of money making scam. They refuse to say why it was not delivered or why they are saying it has now been returned. In fact thet refused to provide any kind of explanation which makes me very suspicious. They could not have been more unhelpful. Seems like a nice way of making money to me but this (ex) customer is not fooled. I will not use them again because I no longer trust their honesty.

Whilst this outlines clearly the reasons for your complaint, it doesn't really say much about Amazon. How easy was the ordering? How quickly did they despatch the item, even f it wasn't received?

I'm always suspicious of buying anywhwere apart from shops, but I do use Amazon a lot. I've never had any trouble with questions about a problem and they're always helpful when I contact them. Give them another go. Emma.
Advantages: If you finally get what you ordered, it's a beautiful package and interesting stuff inside Disadvantages: But in my case I wasn't very pleased. (read the opinion)
