Sorry if I take some time returning rates, I have no idea how to get to where I want now. I don't even know how to check who rated my reviews.

I've only quite recently begun shopping with Amazon, the main reason being receiving vouchers from survey sites and from on here. It's now one of the first sites I look at when making a purchase.
~~~ Products ~~~
Amazon.co.uk stocks a massive variety of products. So far everything I have searched for has been available to buy on the site, although most of the things have been quite common like DVD's and games. I can't think of anywhere that stocks as much stuff as Amazon, maybe not even Ebay.
~~~ Prices ~~~
The prices on Amazon are very competitive and are usually the cheapest place to but DVD's and games, again being usually cheaper than Ebay, I have no doubt that this is the case for many other products. The main down side is that cash back sites don't offer cash back for Amazon, or am I on the wrong cash back site?
~~~ Site Layout + Navigation ~~~
For such a well known website, the presentation of the site isn’t the best in my opinion. I think it looks a little cheap and a change to the look of the site would make browsing their products much more enjoyable. The text seems quite plain and there isn't much colour, maybe a look at Play.com, which I think is visually excellent, would help to improve this.
Searching for the product you're looking for is easy. A search bar is very prominent right at the top of the page and there are all the products categories on the left of the page.
Once you have found the product you're looking for, I found that when I first started using the site it was a little confusing to make sure you were buying the correct thing. For me this was attempting to buy a brand new game instead of a second hand one, this aspect of the site could be clearer.
There is also very little to no product description and it's based mainly on advertising other products, rather than giving you information on what you're looking at.
One of the main things I do like is the suggestions the site makes, showing which products purchase combinations people have made relative to what you're buying.
~~~ Checkout ~~~
Like the rest of the site, the checkout can be a little confusing at first. When I made my first purchase using vouchers, I wasn't quite sure what I was buying and what price I was actually paying.
I'm now used to it and it's as almost as easy as any other site, but not quite.
Also, any remainder from your Amazon voucher is stored in your account, so you don't have to buy more than you need so that you get your fool voucher's worth.
Once your order has been made you can track the progress in your 'My Account' section.
~~~ Delivery ~~~
There are various delivery options available, although I always choose the free option. This is supposed to take between 3-5 working days for your purchase to arrive and so far this has been spot on for me. Everything has arrived after 3 days in my experience.
Your order, if it's DVD size arrives in cardboard packaging, branded with the Amazon name. Always good to see this waiting for you in the morning.
~~~ Reviews ~~~
It's also possible to right your review of products on the site. I don't write or read the reviews on Amazon, that's what this site is for. There are 'Must Have' lists that users can submit, which I find interesting to look at.
~~~ Customer Service ~~~
I have no experience of using customer service, which is credit to how well the rest of the site is run.
I'll update this section if I ever have any experience using the customer service, hopefully I never will.
~~~ Overall ~~~
Fast becoming my favourite place to shop online. Excellent prices and a wide range of products make this somewhere you can buy a whole virtual basket full of things.
If you haven't visited already then you're missing out.

How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
Sometimes I come looking for things, but I get regular emails from Amazon offering me special deals; if I go through Mutualpoints.com I get 'commission' in points from the portal as well as the special prices
