Sometimes even best laid plans go awry and we quite often need stuff next day or within a couple of days. Everytime Amazon has been up to the job. Whatever the size or cost of the equipment any urgent dispatches have always been on time.
Sometimes things have gone wrong, such as product failure etc but things beyond their control yet, they are the most trusting company about. Each time they have already despatched replacements before we have had a chance to return the faulty goods.
They put the customer first which is great. The only thing that lets them down is their choice of courier sometimes who don't share the same customer service ethic! Otherwise probably he easiest company to do business with.

Good to hear that your experiences have been positive, but this review could do with a lot more detail to be helpful to the consumer: What range of products do they stock? What are prices and delivery times like? Is the site easy to navigate? Etc.
