Sadly I will never trust Amazon again. Customer services have lied to me twice. As this was a gift I kept a close watch on this order. Customer services are a joke, all they actually did was read to me waht I could already see on my screen. Why pretend to give a service. Today they tell me the item is no longer available. Funny though, it is still being sold on Amazon by eight other suppliers. So badly let down, what else can I do. I told them yesterday that this was for a gift and promised not once but twice that I would get the order today. Worse than a cheap EBay seller. What a joke! Now they have cancelled my order and I am without a gift I ordered a week ago. Simon Brummitt

Sorry to hear that, though I'm afraid that this comes across as more of a rant than a review. It would be more helpful if you described some of Amazon's good points and positive experiences that you've had in the past too. But I agree that their customer service can sometimes be poor (though I've found that elsewhere too).
