Advantages Great selection and easy one click checkout.
Disadvantages Careful to select free delivery if available
I've used amazon for years and have never had any problems at all. I now go to it as the main place to buy all my online shopping (well that and ebay). Mainly because it holds all my details and I only have to click "buy". Its so easy. Need to be careful to ensure that delivery is free (if thats what you want) as its quite easy to just click buy and end up paying for fast delivery at a price when free delivery is available. I've only ever had to send a couple of things back and have never had a problem with a refund or exchange. I have had a couple of items not arrive (out of the hundreds I've bought) and Amazon have accepted this and either refunded or replaced at the end of the agreed time limit (I think its about a month).
make sure and look for a free deliveryoption. Its usually available. Sellers delivery fees can be annoyingly high but they are bound by Amazon rules so no point in ranting at them like I once did. I felt ever so guilty afterwards. Tickety boo.
