Garnier Ambre Solaire Duo Tan Instant Tan Medium

I hate to admit it but I’m one of these girls who has to start the summer with a bit of a tan. I hate getting to the beach, stripping off and looking white. So for my sins I spend most of the winter either on Sun beds or trying out all sorts of brands of fake tan. I’ve tried so many different ones but I seem to have finally found one that does what I’m after, Ambre Solaire Duo Tan.

...than I normally find the sprays do. I normally use these things in quite small amounts and buid up more of a tan over a longer time, I hate instantly looking orange. Well that and the smell that these things normally leave on your hands. This one in particular smells horrible, almost like Chlorine and that really is quite off putting.

I’ve always preferred the creams to the sprays as it allows me to distribute the tan far more evenly than I normally find the sprays do. I normally use these things in quite small amounts and buid up more of a tan over a longer time, I hate instantly looking orange. Well that and the smell that these things normally leave on your hands. This one in particular smells horrible, almost like Chlorine and that really is quite off putting.

Obviously with these type of products the results aren’t instant and it takes a few hours to really start to look the best it can. Of course when you apply this cream it is a clear, sticky product and so this makes it a little bit harder to apply it evenly but of course it takes a bit of judgement. I hate getting uneven tan lines and looking too orange and I have to say this product really does, when applied properly avoid both of those things.

I often find that it’s best to do this sort of thing when you have fair bit of time to spare. The first time I tried it I went out a few hours later and found bits of it stuck to my clothes. On the flip side though I now find that if I spend a few hours not wearing any clothes, I seem to get the best results I ever have from a fake tan product.

A bottle of this tan will set you back about £5.39 but I think that the results you get will more than make up for it. I often buy mine online from widemedia.co.uk but it is available from the regular places like boots. I like a good all over tan and this product certainly gives me that, the only thing I dislike about it is the horrible smell.
