Both UVA and UVB destroy vitamin A in skin which may cause further damage. So you can see from the above information that it is good to have both UVA and UVB protection.

I use the Garnier moisturisingprotection milk which is apparently a non-greasy, non-sticky formula which is immediately absorbed and leaves skin feeling moisturised while it protects.
I do agree that is leaves my skin feeling moisturised. After a week of applying this daily on holiday my skin was really nice and soft...

Advantages: Smells nice , handy bottle spray Disadvantages: found it not as good as cream , didnt spray evenly !!!
...When i first bought the spray my intentions were thinking that it would be quicker,easier to apply on my skin while sunbathing. but i found it greasy and didnt absorb very well. While swimming it came off easily.
I actually burnt my legs in patches which came up in red burnt blotches because of the spray being uneven. I found myself constantly applying the spray. Unfortunely had to wear jeans for the 2nd week of my holiday in Tenerife instead of wearing dresses or skirts :(
The factor i bought was (15) it cost £12.99 for 200ml. I normally buy the AmbreSolaire Cream and pobably will do so in the future. The cream is usually £6.99 in price and is better absorbing into the skin.
At least with the cream i am able to spread it evenly and have the piece of mind that my skin is being protected.
