We recently had our damp cellar converted into a living room, although despite the membrane and water extraction pump, there was still some dampness in the air. We bought the Amcor DC830H to remove moisture and to heat the room, as there is no radiator in there.

The unit is designed to remove moisture (up to 15 litres a day) from a 4-bedroomed house, although at present we are just using it in the cellar. After just a few hours it felt drier, warmer and much more comfortable. The tank holds 6 litres of water and has a cut-off function and tank-full light to tell you when it's full and to prevent overfilling and spilling.

There is also a humidistat feature, so you can have the heater or air purifier working without the dehumidifier if you wish.

Overall, I'm really pleased with it.
