pioneer amplifier 209R Advantages: good sound and many outputs Disadvantages: does not have a very strong controller This amplifier is amazing,the quality of the sound and the way it is easy to use is amazing.in my parents house which is also my house it is connected to the dvd player,sky,x-box and our vcr.There are many inputs on the back of it wich are very useful to someone who is interreted in load music. THE MASTER Amplifier Advantages: PRODUCES NICE AND LOUD SOUND Disadvantages: LOOKS OLD. ...first time of using any pioneer product and I am now comfortable with it in the sense that I have not gotten any problem with it. Very vigorous and produces very nice sound. EASE Of INSTALLATION. This is where I got a little problem initially. The major problem with this is that the wire pots at the back are quite difficult to trace in many cases. In my case, when I disconnect it from my speaker, I find it difficult to trace the correct pots where ... ...confusing because there are many wire pots available at the back of the amplifier That is the only problem with the amplifier and apart from that, there are no other problems with it. Pioneer VSX-515-S Reveiw Advantages: Sounds nice, looks nice, lots of useful features, great! Disadvantages: None. Quality amp, easy to use, sounds great! I use it for playing music from my computer and watching films and it is very good at handeling both of these purposes, there are many built in preset setting such as music, movies, tv, surround, sports, ect... which enhance the listening experience. SC-ZT1 wireless does not work Advantages: wireless Disadvantages: impossible to arrange in a normal living to get a good wireless speaker signal. I have just returned the SC-ZT1 I bought recently because the wireless performance and design is extremely poor. This is proved by the user manual which states that the amplifier/transmitter unit must not have anything directly above or below it, any Wifi device within 3 metres, must be at least 50cm above the floor, and must be in direct line of sight of the speakers. These restrictions are totally impractical and make it impossible to get a good ... ...two weeks moving equipment and furniture and the speakers ended up in a position where I might as well have wired speakers. You cannot find out about this major design fault until you try to use it because no one else has written a review. You would expect something at that high price to be brilliant, but it is far from it.
