'It all started after I fell out with Louise and Bethany, really. It was falling out with them that made me try to find friends somewhere else, and the Internet seemed a good place...
more...to look...' Amy is a level-headed sort of girl, certainly not one to get into dangerous situations. But when the new term starts she does find herself without her usual gang of friends. And so she turns to the Internet and meets a very sexy guy who calls himself Zed. It's not long before he is asking her to meet him...Even the level-headed Amy cannot in the end resist this invitation...In Mary Hooper's classically accessible and unpreachy way, she tackles responsibly the potential danger of the internet and the use of 'date-rape' drugs.

Once you first start this book you won't want to put it down!
This is a very quick read and it is very well written. The book is set for the age group of teenagers and it teaches a very important message to the readers about Internet chat rooms.

It all starts with a very easy setting, which any teenage girl can relate too. It starts with many teenage girls, at school in groups. This is very typical for children at secondary school as there are many different groups. Obviously there would be the popular crowd and the 'odd' ones.
So with a mild argument with her friends, Amy decides to use Internet chat rooms. She meets this guy, and knowing a teenage girl's mind, creates strong feelings for him. She then decides to meet him. This is where it all goes wrong....

the book is laid out in a very easy-to-read format, with some text in chapters and some in script. (Like on a chat room.) With these formats, the book is very easy to read.

My Favourite parts of the book has to be the way that the book is formatted, with the script parts being interesting, and easy to read. The only disadvantage would have to be the length. If Mary Hooper made the book longer I am sure that it would be more popular!

Mary Hooper writes with such inspiration and meaning. When you first open the book, you won't put it down. I read this book in a day. Whilst it was a very easy read, it taught me a valuable lesson not to give away personal details on internet chat rooms. I would highly recommend this book especially for teenage girls, and parents wanted to teach their children a lesson. - Even my mum said it was good!
