    Advantages Advantages Helps relieve not so painful pains

    When it comes to back pain and muscle pain in my upper arms and neck, sadly I am no stranger to it at all. I have back ache all of the time and a diagnosed condition in my spine and therefore do take a lot of painkillers either from the Dr or take paracetamol and Ibuprofen as he also said to use that instead if I wanted to. However looking back on the past few years I haven't really felt a lot of relief except from something the Dr prescribed for me that did work but doped me up and made me sleep which in the short term was wonderful....long term.....well just not appropriate or convenient at ... more
