"Although there is a lot of writing on the pack most of it it gibberish! e.g. "decapitate yourself with a sharp axe"! somewhat pointless in my humble opinion.
there are instructions on how to heat/cool it but then no information on how long or how often to use it.
I tried it cold and it made my eyes hurt and was not very pleasant to use.Warm seems preferable especially whilst using a relaxing face mask but I found the plastic to be rather sharp ..."
