Although there is a lot of writing on the pack most of it it gibberish! e.g. "decapitate yourself with a sharp axe"! somewhat pointless in my humble opinion.
there are instructions on how to heat/cool it but then no information on how long or how often to use it.
I tried it cold and it made my eyes hurt and was not very pleasant to use.Warm seems preferable especially whilst using a relaxing face mask but I found the plastic to be rather sharp across the bridge of the nose.

i just love the anatomicals company, they make lots of products with funky names, i received this conditioner as a free sample and i tried it for the first time two days after i had my hair coloured, it usually feels like straw to be honest as its quite blonde, but this conditioner made it feel smooth and silky, a little goes a long way too. it has an easy pop up top so you dont have to remove the whole top, which makes things a little easier when showering. in my opinion it is also a bargain at just £2.49, i went onto the anatomicals website and there are some great little items including one called 'puffy the eyebagslayer', like i mentioned earlier, the products have funky names. you can find the stuff here, http://www.anatomicals.net have a look! ...
Advantages: Cheap, witty quotes and nice packaging, Soothing, not heavy feeling, I could go on! Disadvantages: None that i've found really! maybe if it had a lip applicator?

- I also now keep this in my little mini fridge in my room so when i need to apply it it's chilled - therefore being even more soothing on dry lips.
This is the best balm I've found so far and I will DEFINITELY be buying more when it runs out!! Especially as it's SO cheap!
