Advantages: Easy to apply, no plasters, 33% efficiency. Disadvantages: Cost, air pressure, no way to guage effectiveness
recognised by the rough "cauliflower-like" appearance on the surface of your fingers. Verrucas only occur on the sole of the foot and are usually in the form of a small mound of skin with a hole in the middle.
PURCHASING
I went to the local chemist and found that I could buy the gel over the counter. I was offered normal or extra strength; obviously, being a man I did not have normal warts and verrucas, so extra strength it would have to be. After answering a number of questions from the chemist, "no, I'm not pregnant", "no, it's not for internal use", etc ? I walked cheerfully from the shop with a jaunty spring in my step.
The small tube cost me £5.99 for 5g (more expensive than petrol me thinks!). The packaging is bright yellow and pretty unremarkable, you wouldn't buy the contents based on the box design, still at least there aren ...

Advantages: Numbs the area very quickly Disadvantages: Tastes awful!
Liquid Anbesol is another product on the market to ease the pain in teething babies, my friend recommended this product as she has been using it on her daughter ever since she started teething.
You have to ask the chemist for it as it isnt stocked on the shelves, it is behind the counter and a small 6.5ml bottle cost me £2.99. The bottle ...
Advantages: Works like a treat, Disadvantages: Hurts when first applied, bottle is too small
This has to be one of the best products on the market for mouth ulcers/baby teething/ gum soreness etc and anything to do with your mouth. Anbesol was recommended to me by a friend after I moaned about mouth ulcers (horrible I know but everyone gets them) and I was a little bit wary of using it as it looks more like a of poison than a onitment in the little glass bottle it comes in. The anbesol is priced around £3 in most pharmacies and is well worthy of the investment.
Upon opening the bottle the anbesol does not smell the nicest of products and I guess thats because its not supposed to. Upon applying to the mouth with my finger/cotton bud it absolutely stings like hell on the ulcer so much so you often want to swill your mouth out with water.
The liquid numbs the pain of the ulcer for hours and within two days of use, my ulcer that ...
