**WHAT I THINK OF THE BOOK**
I have read this lots of times to children in Key Stages 1 and 2, and what they get out of it depends ... ...can happen if you get angry enough!
The illustrations really complement the text and there is enough detail in the pictures to talk about what is happening without really reading the text. Children enjoy having a go at deciding what they think is happening, and will come up with all sorts of ideas about whether it's a storm, and earthquake etc. they will also make up names for the phenomena and try to make them sound more destructive than the names ...
