Advantages Friendly staff, Affordable Prices, They donate to Charities
Disadvantages Can take a short while before a claim is paid, Phone wait time
I have had my cat insured with Animal Friends Insurance for nearly three years now and I am content with the way that they operate and treat me. Unfortunately Pixie developed a respiratory condition a few months after I renewed her policy and so I was worried that as she would need on-going treatment, the company would not pay out. However, I can thankfully say that they have paid out for the three claims which I have maid that were all to cover the cost of vet fees. But I can not fault the customer service I have recieved. The lady on the phone I spoke was very friendly and helpful and with my documents have always been emailed to me straight away.
I would recommend to anyone looking for affordable pet insurance who also help Charities all around the world!
