Animal Friends Dog Insurance

Animal Friends Insurance has provided a great service for me over the last month. I pay around £18 a month for my dog on their superior policy (I chose a lower excess to pay out less on unexpected vet bills) and have been doing so for the last six months. When my dog got clipped by a motorbike the other week, her leg got fractured and I panicked. So many review sites have terrible reviews about any company and I was afraid I’d become another of those statistics. Fortunately, AFI sorted me right out, paying the entire £700 claim minus my £69 excess as soon as possible; no bureaucratic delays or excuses given, just straight up payment and well wishes for my dog. I’m a very happy customer and will use them again.
