...telling the stories of Doreen's cats - I was a confirmed 'moggy' lover and had never even considered having a pedigree cat of any type. Having read this I became determined that one day I too would have Siamese cats. I haven't QUITE got there yet - although one of mine is half Siamese and does show some of the traits described in this book.
Would I recommend this book? Oh certainly - if you are a cat lover definitely - but be prepared to laugh (and ... ...to hunt for the other books about the Toveys and their various animals. At present there are a good number available from Amazon as many of them have recently been reprinted in paperback form. "Cats in the Belfry" is currently £5.59 (Amazon price).
