First of all, I have to say that through his TV program, Cesar Millan became a bit of a hero to me. But even if you don't know him yet, you will still enjoy his book, if you keep an open mind and listen to him carefully. Cesar Millan: Cesar is a mexican dog psychologist who runs a rehabilitation Centre in Los Angeles. He works with Celebrity dogs as well as problem dogs from shelters.
