Flash MX Animation at it's best
Advantages: This book covers everything Disadvantages: None so far
Alex Michael really has covered everything in his book 'Animating with Flash MX'. It covers all aspects of animation using Flash, right up to the new Mobile Phone technology.
It has more on DVD, video, and games, than any other book I have read. The information is first class and has saved me hours of painfull learning, my level of skill has certainly increased due to this book.

The design and layout of the book is excellent and 'Zak' is a wonderfull little character used to demostrate various ideas. It is also interesting to see real examples of actual work, as in the 'Showcase' chapter.
There is a CD included free with the book which covers all the techniques explained. ... more
