...to write until about 2pm. She continues to write up until 2pm without any breaks. Then after that she tackles any mail, walking the dog again, shopping perhaps catching up with friends if there is time then back to bed.
Joanna reads a lot of fiction and she enjoys authors such as Anne Tyler, Carol Shields and Richard Ford and many more.
Joanna Trollope is a descendant of AnthonyTrollope who she greatly admires.
I find the author very interesting and I am now reading some of her books and at the moment I am reading Brother and Sister and i do find it very fascinataing how she can interweave the characters together in a way that they become very real. Also she does have a similiar way of writing to Anne Tyler where both of them address Modern everyday issues which I certainly can relate to....

Advantages: Gentle, readable account, very good characters, interesting insights into period attitudes Disadvantages: very little action

As the first book of the series, you are introduced to some of the main characters who are found throughout the rest of the books; in particular, the Grantly family.
Trollope has...
