Advantages Kills germs.... I hope! Great size

Disadvantages None

- Price and Packaging –

The bottle is sufficiently small and compact to fit in to a large style handbag, obviously not a tiny evening bag! It is a transparent plastic bottle with flip top lid. It is approximately 12cm long and quite flat…. Unlike some that I have used that are cylindrical.

It is currently available for 99p which is competitively priced for M&S!

- What does it promise? -

~ Cleans and freshens hands.
~ Kills 99.9% of germs.
~ No water required.

- Appearance, Smell & Texture -

This is a gel-like substance which when applied to your hands and gently rubbed in, has a great cool feelingI
When in the tube it is a very light turquoise colour but when a tiny amount is applied to your hands, it doesn’t appear to have any colour.
It is easily rubbed in and absorbed instantly without leaving a sticky residue. As well as this it has a lovely fresh, clean smell to it.

- General -

As far as its cleaning properties are concerned, I can only hope that the claim of killing 99.99% of germs is correct - Unfortunately I don't have any way of checking the bacteria on my hands before and after using it.

It certainly is a no mess, no fuss formula when you are out and about and the bottle is a great size for your bag or even a large pocket.

I am quite pinickety about using public toilets and touching handles and so on, so this little gel gives me a small amount of confidence about the cleanliness of my hands when I’m out and about.

I carry this round with me all of the time and have used it more than usual during the summer holidays with my young nieces and nephew which get their hands in to all sorts of things and then want to have a snack! I can therefore rest assured that most of the germs are being removed before their little fingers go in to their mouths!
