Flash Power Mop powers through!!
Review of Flash Power Mop by Spottydog11

Advantages: Qucik, easy, not messy
Disadvantages: A little expensive for the refills

...he came back with the Flash Power mop a few months back. The Flash power mop consists of three elements, the mop itself, the flash liquid which comes in a bottle and the flash cleaning pads. You can buy an initial starter pack with all those products in for about £19.99. The mop portion then lasts forever, you can then buy the flash liquid and the pads separately. The pads cost approximately £3 for 6 refills and a 1 litre bottle of liquid costs ...
...furniture easily. Secondly the Flash liquid comes in a bottle with a cap that you do not have to remove, you just slot it into a holder in the mop and then it is ready to use so you do not get any mess from a leaky bottle. There is a powered spray action button on the mop that spreads the liquid on the floor evenly and widely for you so again very easy and not messy. Lastly the absorbent cleaning pads are three layers thick so super absorbent and ... Read review

Oh my GOD - it actually works!
Review of Dettox Antibacterial Mould & Mildew Remover by Tadders

Advantages: Saves you so much time and effort
Disadvantages: Smells horrible and contains very strong bleach so care is needed

THE PROBLEM We seem to have had a problem with mould and mildew around the corners of our bath for as long as I can remember. I realised quite soon after moving in that whoever fitted our bath did a very poor job indeed! Not only is it a bit on the cheap side, but it doesn't really fit the space for which it is intended. I used to make do with the fact that re-grouting/sealing the bath every so often was to be a part of my life that I couldn't ...
...but it's sufficient to be very annoying. Not only does the movement knacker the sealant (it never completely dries smooth), but it also makes it an absolute nightmare to clean, because water occasionally collects around the edges which means there is always a battle to keep on top of the scrubbing to lessen the mould problem. Since we can't really justify fitting a new bath right now, we've wedged wood underneath it in a vain attempt to keep it as ... Read review

A Fast Way to Get Rid of Mould and Mildew
Review of Dettol mould & mildew remover by lel1969

Advantages: Does what it says on the bottle
Disadvantages: A smell so strong you can taste it!

...from the shelf above. Dettol Anti-Bacterial Mould and Mildew Remover - Kills Bacteria - No Need to Scrub. Well at a price of only £1.97 and a name I felt I could trust I thought I would give it a try. I had nothing to lose except the mould on my grout. Up to the bathroom to my sad looking grout. The bottle comes in a 500mls size and is the spray pump style of plastic bottle. The bottle narrows to the top with grooves for your fingers to sit neatly ...
...directed on the bottle I tested a small area in the corner of my bathroom and left for 30 minutes, on return with no adverse reactions I donned my rubber gloves (as directed) and got stuck in. Keeping the bottle upright and holding approximately 20-25cm away from the surface I sprayed quite generously across the tiles around the shower area where the black marks and mould on the grout were worst. My first impression was how strong the smell of bleach ... Read review

The spray that takes it away
Review of Dettol disinfectant spray by starasia

Advantages: It is cheap and it works
Disadvantages: there is to much sent to choose from

...out and scrubbed it with dettol 4-1 disinfectant and then i used liquid soap powder. That got rid of the vomit but the smell was still there so i used dettol 4-1 disinfectant spray on the car and gave it another scrub but that worked for a little while. I then left it to dry out over night i thought i would give everything time to dry and then maybe the smell would go. So i woak up at 4am to put all the seats and the car seats back in. And to my ...
...me spray it with the Dettol disinfect spray i had in the car to spray their tables in the back. It was the original sent nothing fancy. But would you believe it it got rid of the smell for ever i could not believe all that scrubbing all that spraying and the dettol disinfectant spray worked. I was so pleased and ever since then i keep a bottle in the car always . It is such good value for the money i normally buy it from my local pound shop and it ... Read review

Sweet Smelling Sweetpea
Review of Zoflora Concentrated Disinfectant by Thehonesttruth

Advantages: -
Disadvantages: -

...out, I carried on buying Zoflora - I loved the smell! Originally developed by Nathan Thornton as a fragrant disinfectant for commercial use, when diluted, in cinemas to remove tobacco and food smells, he would demonstrate it using a heavy brass sprayer. On the same trips, he would pop into chemist and give them samples of domestic Zoflora- a disinfectant to be sold only by chemists. Originally, a 2oz bottle would be sold with an 8oz spray bottle, ...
...Nowadays, Zoflora is available in corner shops and supermarkets alike, in a variety of fragrances. I like them all, but my favorite has to be sweet pea. It comes in a transparent bottle with a white screw cap through which a golden yellow colour disinfectant is visible. The bottle comes packaged in a bright yellow box with a picture of flowers on the front, and the big green and white Zoflora logo at the top. There are instructions both on the box ... Read review
