Advantages: CLEANING WHERE OTHER PRODUCTS DON'T REACH. Disadvantages: DRY OUT VERY QUICKLY.
Recently, with the onset of Summer, I noticed that smells were a frequent bugbear in the Refridgerator, and it was not that food had been left to go off, but was the aromas of foods mixed and exagerrated by the hot weather. Being a little fanatical about things like this, I had a look on the supermarket shelf to see what I could buy to help me overcome the problem. I had tried the usual common sense things like wiping the fridge of spills, keeping ......that I would notice things that had passed their best, and generally cleaning. What I wanted was something that gave me the assurance that the fridge was clean, every time I opened that door, and what I found was actually amazing. On the supermarket shelf at 3.20 Euros (which is about £1.50) I found a product that promised to degrease, and kill germs. Grease wasn't the issue here at all, although I did notice from time to time, little bits of food ... Read review

I've just bought this new Ambi-pur liquidfresh ultra and yep its good. I like to put smellies in the loo,it makes it nice and fresh and its to good to know that when visitors call, your loo is clean and smelling nice. I came across this Ambi-pur liquidfresh while shopping in the Co-op in Leominster, its colour caught my eye first, as it is light blue and blue is my favorite colour, so I picked it off the shelf and the packet said. New Fresh mint. ......light blue and white with Ambi-pur written on the front in white. It also says Anti-bacterial agents in red letters, and this seemed to swing the choice for me. The price I'm afraid is 1.75 which for what you get seems a bit steep to me, but you can then keep the container and buy a refil for 1.25 when its run out, so this didn't seem too bad. Its the sort of gadget that you attach to the rim of your loo and it cleans and freshens with every flush. ... Read review

I recently had some lovely cleaning goodies sent to me by Spontex. They do a wide range of cleaning products that I find to be of a good quality. One of the things they sent me was a product that was just about to be released for general sale in the supermarkets. They are antiacterial wipes that you can use inside the microwave and fridge. The first thing I wondered was if they are any good as it is recommended for both of these items that you ......weak solution of bicarbonate of soda. I thought they may be just a wipe impregnated with some such solution. Looking at the list of contents, I have to admit that I am still a bit dubious as to what they contain and whether they should be used in a fridge. They contain "amongst other ingredients" - <5% cationic, amphoteric and nonionic surfectants, preservatives, alcohol and perfume. I have to admit that the first 3 items I have no idea what they ... ...bought my first pack of Duzzit Anti Bacterial Wipes for £1.00 at the local market. I thought I would try them in the bar. When you have spillage from drinks, the last thing your customers want is you spraying around them with the chance that some of the spray would end up in their drink! So for that price I thought I would give them a go. If they didn't work I hadn't wasted that mush money. How wrong I was though As I said, I bought them for the ......is bright yellow and has Duzzit in blue with the item name - Anti Bacterial Wipes in red so you cannot miss these when they are on the shelf. The usual price is between £1.00 and £1.49 depending on where you find them. They are usually in your local pound shop along with other items made by the same company. There is a resealable flap to keep the wipes moist though there is plenty of fluid in each. they have a slight lemony smell which isn't overpowering ... Read review

We have a few packets of these wipes around our house and find them really useful, especially with a little one in the house. WHAT ARE THEY? Anti-bacterial surface wipes. WHAT DO THEY LOOK LIKE? They come in a packet, similar to a packet of wet wipes but thinner. The packet is white with the green Dettol symbol (green circle with white sword) and white writing on a blue background. There is a peel back cover over the centre of them. You can find ......of most supermarkets. WHAT DO THEY CLAIM? * Kill harmful bacteria such as e-coli, salmonella and listeria * Be bleach free * Contain less than 5% cationic surfactant * No taint or odour * Not require a rinse WHAT DO YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY?
