Gosh how I hate the winter... dark mornings, dark evenings, cold feet. We all get a bit down in the winter, but my moods were getting the better of me. I felt so depressed at times I could hardly drag myself out of bed, let alone do anything productive with my day.
Everyones heard of SADs and reckons its a bit of nonsense, but it really made sense to me. I was such a nice person in the summer, then so grumpy as soon as the weather changed. ... ...were expensive rubbish, but was delighted when my boyfriend bought me one of these last christmas. Its only small but its great. A treatment takes about 15 - 30 mins and makes you feel so much better. It folds down so you can take it with your when you go away too.
I dont know how I lived without it for so long! Yes they are expensive but so worth it in the long run.
