we easily set up the account you need to use it and connected to the server, we expected a typical grainy picture with disjointed communication, what we got was a seamless high quality experience, with good clarity of picture and excellent sound. ...used it very regularly and saved a fortune on international phone calls.
the quality is so good that my husband and his brother continued their Tae Kwon Do training together in two continents via the isight camera.
we were with our nephew from his first days at home until they moved back to the UK this August, we were able to be there for his first birthday without the cost of the airfare.

Amazing, if like me you own a mac without one built in, and i think i find it alot more versatile, as i have used this for basic video projects with great success
even better when combined with a simple, cheap program called iglasses which give you full control over the image you get out of it ...
