Advantages: All in one - slim design - apple osx and ilife etc
Disadvantages: expandability

...If your looking for a fast slim computer with a small footprint this is it. You get all the great apple software, tiger, ilife etc. All the ports are easily acessable. If you get the bluetooth option and keyboard and mouse you have hardly any cables at all. (please not the bluetooth mouse does go through batteries though!). This is just so easy to setup and use. This is how computing should be. I was up and running and on line in about 15mins from getting it out of the box. The setup for Tiger is so easy and you can transfer your old setup from another mac if you have a firewire cable. I would strongly recommend this to beginners. The large screen is great for DVDs and working on graphics - really bright and clear. It's realy easy to add addtional memory as well.
